Roof band: The 2 ft (0.61 m) outside the preferred area is a visualization allowance. With the minimum area selected, the roof remains the same size; its larger visible gap does not change the roof concept.
Fence concept: The full-perimeter hybrid prioritizes ball containment but is not a guarantee. The 4 ft (1.22 m) gate is shown closed; keep it shut while play is in progress and use containment material that reaches the designed fence height. No single fence height is prescribed here. A local engineer must design the roof, fence/net attachment, gate frame and latch, posts, and foundations for actual wind exposure and access.

A check-in point, accessible restroom, and equipment storage may be useful for paid public play. Their footprint and position depend on the surveyed lot, circulation, local accessibility review, and budget.

Picture the venue
